In flowering, Cabin Fever produces dense, well-formed buds with solid weight and a noticeable resin layer. The flowers are typically compact and uniform, giving them a clean, finished look that’s easy to trim and handle post-harvest.

Taste & smell

This strain has a distinct and fairly unique terpene profile. The base is warm and earthy, with pine and spice giving it that “Kush forest” character. On top of that sits a softer, sweeter layer—often described as baked apple or pastry—which adds a smooth, almost dessert-like feel. A light citrus note cuts through the richness, keeping everything balanced and preventing it from becoming too heavy.

Cabin Fever delivers a calm, steady effect that leans toward relaxation without completely shutting things down. It usually brings a sense of mental ease and physical comfort, with just a slight uplifting edge to keep it from feeling flat. It’s best suited for evenings or slower moments—ideal for unwinding, listening to music, or just switching off without losing clarity.

Growing characteristics / Yield

This is a feminised photoperiod strain that performs well both indoors and outdoors. Flowering time is around 8–9 weeks, making it easy to fit into standard cycles. It’s considered moderately easy to grow and responds well to training techniques like LST or topping to improve canopy control. Under good conditions, it produces dense, terpene-rich buds with medium to high yields—around 450–550 g/m² indoors and strong outdoor performance as well.
