Grow Report - La Bomba VS Pink Pie
On this page you can find a report of what we are growing in our shop. Currently we are growing the La Bomba cannabis seeds from Compound Genetics and Pink Pie cannabis seeds from Karma Genetics. Amsterdam Seed Center is one of the few places in Amsterdam which you can actually visit to see and smell cannabis growing. This is our Strain of the Shop and we offer this strain with a generous discount.

Week 1 – Germination & Early Seedling Stage
Strains: Pink Pie (Karma Genetics) vs La Bomba (Compound Genetics)
Germination
We’re off to a great start. Both strains germinated with 100% success, and every seed has transitioned into a healthy plant. No duds, no issues; exactly how you want a grow to begin.
Plant Appearance
By the end of Week 1, both Pink Pie and La Bomba are developing very similarly. Leaf size, posture, and overall structure are nearly identical across the two cultivars. All plants are standing tall with strong early growth, showing well-formed cotyledons and the first sets of true leaves coming in healthy and green.
At this stage, there’s no major difference in growth rate or visual characteristics; both strains are tracking evenly and showing uniform vigor.
Expectations for Week 2
With germination behind us and seedlings now established, we’re expecting visible daily growth next week. By the end of Week 2, we should be seeing 2–3 full sets of true leaves and early signs of structure. If things continue like this, early transplanting or light training prep could follow shortly after.
Overall, a clean and promising start to the run. Nothing flashy yet; just dialed-in conditions and stable genetics doing their job.
