Regular Seeds (Regs) is the term applied to non-feminized seeds that produce either male or female cannabis plants, in a natural ratio. That being said, Regs are not really suitable for a direct seed-to-harvest crop, because there won’t be only female plants and, as said before, only female plants will produce flowers (buds). Regular Seeds are mostly used to breed new cannabis cultivars (strains) or for the selection of mother-plants for cloning purposes.

Autoflowering cannabis plants have become popular for a number of reasons. Growers who are looking to save time have found the quick flowering time of autoflowers to be useful for obvious reasons. Due to the ruderails gene present in auto's, most auto's will harvest  within 60 -75 days of germination, the plant will grow much faster and ultimately flower faster than feminized and regular plants.

What do they say? Men are from Mars and women are from Venus… Identification and separation of male and female plants is a very important aspect in the cultivation of regular cannabis seeds. If you don’t recognize the signs it could cost you your crop!

The terms ‘Distillate’ and “Isolate” have probably crossed your ears because they are used in a wide range of applications nowadays and I think that they will get even more popular this year.
