In Holland as in many European countries it is legal to trade hemp/ cannabis seeds. Unfortunately there are countries in which cannabis seeds are prohibited. Amsterdam Seed Center advises all potential customers to seek legal advice as to the legality of cannabis seeds in their countries before placing an order. Amsterdam Seed Center does not want to induce anyone to act in conflict with their national laws. You accept that Amsterdam Seed Center cannot be held responsible for those who do. If you place an order you must be 18 years or older and accept full responsibility for your actions. You commit yourself to refrain from holding Amsterdam Seed Center liable for any claims in connection with (mis)use of the products ordered from Amsterdam Seed Center.  All products ordered should be used in compliance with national laws. In Holland Growing cannabis is illegal but a limited amount of plants maximum 5 is tolerated if for own purposes, recreational or medicinal.

USA Visitors

We are sorry to inform you that we don't ship seeds to the US due to your federal law. If Federal legislation on marijuana changes, we will be happy to offer and send seeds to the US.
